We refer to the announcement made on 22 July 2011.
The Board of Directors of MESB wishes to announce that the Company also wishes to further seek the approval of its shareholders for the new mandate for the additional Recurrent Related Party Transactions (“RRPT”) of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Details of the additional RRPT shall be included in the Circular to the shareholders which will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
This announcement is dated 1st August 2011.
