| The Board of Directors of MESB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the annual renewal of the shareholders’ mandate for the recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“Proposal”) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A circular to shareholders containing information of the Proposal will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
The announcement is dated 26 July 2010. |
