The Board of Directors of MESB wishes to inform that MESB intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature (“Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate”) at the forthcoming Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The Circular to Shareholders containing details of the aforesaid Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate will be announced and published on the Company’s website in due course.
