| The Board of Directors of MESB wishes to inform that the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee have been merged as a single committee and will be known as the Audit and Risk Management Committee with effect from 15 July 2022, which aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its members in discharging their duties.
The composition of the Audit and Risk Management Committee is as follows:- 1. Mr. Tan Yew Kim – Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director 2. Mr. Lee Kok Heng – Member, Independent Non-Executive Director 3. Datuk Wong Sak Kuan – Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director
