| Further to the announcement made on 6 November 2019, the Company has received a second notice of requisition of members’ meeting from the shareholders, Mr Eng Yee Koon, Dr Ihsan Bin Osman and Datuk Seri Lee Sey Liang dated 1 November 2019 on 8 November 2019.
Since the Company had received from the same shareholders 2 separate letters requisitioning for members’ meeting, both dated 1 November 2019, and the second letter was not accompanied with any explanation, on 11 November 2019, the Company had wrote to the respective shareholders inquiring as to the reason for sending the second notice of requisition of members’ meeting. Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
