We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 17 September 2021. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that further to the pre-trial case management which was held on 22 November 2021, the High Court of Kuala Lumpur has directed the following:- (i) a further pre-trial case management on 20 January 2022; and (ii) the trial of the matter on 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th December 2022. The Company will make further announcement on any material development arising from the above matter as and when necessary.
