We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 26 August 2019, 4 September 2019, 18 October 2019 and 6 November 2019. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that during the hearing at the High Court of Kuala Lumpur, the Court has fixed a decision date on 30 March 2020. The Company will make further announcement on any material development arising from the above matter as and when necessary. This announcement is dated 12 February 2020. |
