Further to our announcements dated 26 March 2010, 30 March 2010, 1 April 2010 and 13 May 2010, the Board of Directors of MESB Berhad wishes to update that Maintenance Engineering Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had today, was served a sealed copy of the Summons in Chambers (“SIC”) dated 6 July 2010. In regard to the SIC, the High Court has fixed on 9 August 2010 at 8.30 a.m. for hearing of the above matter.
