We refer to the announcement made in relation to the Cessation of MESB Development Sdn. Bhd. (“MDSB”) as subsidiary company. Unless otherwise stated, words and expressions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those attributed to them in the announcement dated 28 May 2013.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Disposal of MDSB by the Company to Leong Chee Chung and Koh Keng Keat had been completed on 11 June 2013.
