The Board of Directors of MESB Berhad (“MESB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the resolution for proposed acquisition by MESB of the entire equity interest in Active Fit Sdn Bhd from Siow Sea Nen, Chen Mui Yong and Liew Kee Wah for a cash consideration of RM19,000,000 was duly passed at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting held today.
